- RtSoft to design the system measurement in Metric unit
- Operating System (OS) for EWS, Console, SCADA, etc, use the latest standard OS with the latest Service Pack issued by Microsoft.
- RtSoft to explain the Integration system architecture.
- RtSoft to confirm the EWS and Consoles should have redundance network card
- RtSoft to confirm the PLC should have the following facilities as minimum :
- Manipulation and Simulation Value (Off line and On line) at EWS
- Data Historian
- Self Diagnostic
- Auto Loop Tuning
- Alarm and Event
- Trending
- Archieving
- Flow computation
- Operational and management report
- RtSoft to design the Alarm/Event/Messages should have two options : Printer and/or Filed.
- RtSoft to design the Face Plate as a detail display (for parameter tuning) for each instrument loop.
- RtSoft to design the system display for system building and maintenance (including devices diagnostic, communication system status)
- RtSoft to confirm the scan time of the PLC shall be 100 msec or better. Scan time of PLC is defined as the cycle time taken by the system to read input, process input executing logic, and update control output for all the logics configured within the system. Other activities like diagnostic routines or any other activity that consume processor time shall also be accounted while computing scan time.
- RtSoft to give a name and detail of their PIC (Person In Charge) for this project.
- RtSoft to give detail activities on the schedule for this project and submit the progress activities as weekly.
- All communication should be in english
